Hey there! I'm Dr. Lashonda Jones and I'm so glad you're here.

As a Physical therapist who has helped thousands of women and also a mom of 2, I know what's it's like to have Diastasis recti, recover from an unplanned C-section, and no longer recognize your own body.

That's why I'm so passionate about providing you with safe and effective workouts that can help you regain the strengthen confidence you deserve.

When can I start this program?

If doing this program to help strengthen your core before surgery you can start anytime.

If starting this program after your surgery or birth, you must be cleared by your doctor for exercise and your surgical scar healing well. If you've had a tummy tuck/diastasis repair I recommend waiting until at least 10 weeks post-op.

Is this program self led and something I can do anytime?

Absolutely! This program was designed with the busy mom and woman in mind. The workouts are all super easy to follow and only ~10 minutes long. You can access the program anytime! All you have to do is press play.

You can also repeat the workouts more than one round if you wish to workout longer and challenge yourself.

Is there an option to work one-on-one with you?

Absolutely! If at any point throughout the program you have questions, not sure if you're performing the exercise right or wish to customize the program to you, CLICK HERE to book an 1-on-1 virtual call with Dr. Jones.

If I had my surgery or birth years ago will this still help?

Great question, Absolutely!! Whether it's been several months or years since your abdominal surgery there's so much you can do to help strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles and improve the appearance of your scar. Not only will you feel an immediate difference, you will notice an increase in your mood, energy levels, and strength by adding mobility, posture, and strengthening exercises into your daily routine.

Can I use my HSA/FSA for this program?

Most of my clients have been able to successfully use their FSA/HSA towards all of my programs and services. I recommend reaching out to your insurance or provider to ensure proper reimbursement.

What equipment do I need?

You will need very minimal equipment for this program and all cost effective.

- Chair

- Exercise Mat

- Long resistance bands with handle and door anchor

- Small loop resistance bands (to go around your legs)

- Small pilates size ball (or pillow)

- Light to medium dumbbells (optional for added resistance) with total body exercises
