During this 60 min 1:1 consultation call, Dr. Lashonda will answer all your questions, perform a comprehensive medical history and diastasis assessment, discuss your concerns and goals.
Assessment includes:

30 to 60 min education calls
This education call with Dr. Lashonda is designed to show you step by step how to:
- Protect & maintain the strength of your core and pelvic floor throughout pregnancy
- Exercise safely throughout pregnancy
- Prepare in advance for postpartum
- Restore your posture, mobility, strength, endurance throughout the postpartum period
- Better manage symptoms such as pain, leaking, pelvic floor weakness or tightness
-Safely return to exercise
So you can move and feel better throughout your perinatal journey.
Dr. Lashonda will fully assess you based on your individual needs and answer any questions you may have. You will receive a recording of your call to reference anytime along with a clear individualized plan to help you reach your goals.

This complimentary screening session is for those who are ready your invest the necessary time and financial resources to reach your goals but have a few questions to ensure my services are a good fit for you.
Depending on your needs you can book a 30 or 60 minute appointment. I highly recommend 60 minutes for all first time clients to give you ample time to ask questions and get the most out of your visit. Upon booking your appointment, you will fill out an intake form providing you the chance to share all your medical history, needs and goals. On the day of your call I will walk you step by step through your assessment, provide time for any question, and together we will develop a customized plan of exercises to help you reach your goals.
A 1-on-1 asessment, customized/individualized rehab plan of exercises, recording of your call to download/reference the exercises/instructions anytime, a written summary of your plan.
We use Zoom. A link will be provided to you once your call is booked.
I do not take insurance. You maybe able to use your HSA/FSA allowance to pay for your membership.
I would recommend reaching out to the associated company and ask if they cover anything along the lines of postpartum or post surgery rehab or fitness training.
NOTE: The education and training provided in this program is not considered physical therapy. If wishing to have physical therapy with Dr. Jones you must be a resident of North Carolina. Anyone globally can join this online membership.

I have over 20 years of experience in orthopedics, womens health, and also a mom of two with first hand experience with diastasis recti, c-section, and post-abdominal surgery recovery so I know what it's like and what it takes to truly heal from these conditions for long lasting results.
Most of the rehab plans provided can range between 10-30 minutes to complete.
You can also gain access to my online rehab programs that has follow along workouts that range between 10-30 minutes depending on the number of rounds you do.
Most of the workouts are follow along meaning all you have to do is press PLAY and workout.
